[?] Average compile times?

I am wondering how long would a 512x2 map with about 5700 trees need to compile final lightmaps? On a Dual Core AMD 5000 (2.6GHZ x2). I have another PC I can use for that so I was wondering how much time should I plan for it.
If the creator of Mestia reads this, may I ask for the time that it took to compile?

on high ?

tad sae took about 2 days on high using a quad 6700 @2.93 and 4 gig of ram, although the editor only uses one core so multicores aint all that better, ram is the key thing.

( unless you set via the task manager to keep all other applications to the one core and leave the 2'nd for the bf2 editor )

best run them on medium, and re-do any dodgey patches on high/medium later on, medium for tad sae took about 20-30 hours and the difference in lightmap quality is neglagable especially when the performance diference between the two is acocunted for aswell (meduim runs a lot better on mid-low end systems ( >50% of the Pr population ))

I assume the object lightmaps takes a lot of the time. I was able to compile the terrain on medium in like 10 minutes on a 1km map. So medium lightmaps would be "high-end" enough for the PR standards.

Did a test run on my other computer. Appears that it would take about 7-10 hours.
