so I was playing PR in one server (don't remember the name) and I got tired of getting shot by pathetic base rapers/base campers.

While I understand that some servers allow base rape/base camping and other's don't, I don't think that it is fair to shoot spawned players who can't defend themselves. Not to mention that your spawn time increases.

I have seen one setup in Armed Assault (Berzerk). If you are in certain distance from enemy base then you are automatically dead. Is it possible to apply this setup in PR as well to keep annoying players from enemy base?

I am not sure if it was discussed before so sorry about beating the dead horse

some maps already have a "dome of death", the main problem is make this too big and you simply cut off 1/4 of the map from the enemy to use and they also can not take the main base flag.

Most servers have a rule vs baserape, the only thing the PR devs can do to stop I is the dome of death as Rhino said. Even with the dome its up to the server admins to deal with the baserapeing. As many people say:

Players are Hardcoded.

The most European Servers have "Rules of Fairplay". Some Players didn´t realized that PR is Game, they think it´s War, thats their "Sorry" to camp or rape the Opponents Mainbase.
I hope for them they never addept at their own Body what real War means/is.

Just stick to servers that have no baseraype rules. Admins are quite quick to reinforce their rules.

baserape... what's baserape?
in MY definitiion it's: attacking an enemy base (inf., vehicles, bunkers) BEFORE a caputre is possible.

1st example 10th-server: me and my tank squad (three tanks) PASSED the enemies base - not even LOOKING at it and for sure not even firing one single shot, to get to south village (kashan desert map).
some people cried "baserape" and we were kicked - lol...

2nd example 10th-server: again my tank squad... some MEC truck left the base... about 500 m (!) after leaving the base, i shot the truck - another eight souls went to heaven to check out their virgins.

again i was kicked: baserape

now THAT's annoying and i don't get it - i'd shoot again.

i understand why some servers allow it , but some player abuse it to hell.

e.g qwai river... why fight over flags when you can sit in enemy main with tank and apc?

Thats one of the probnlems with attacking an enemy base before you can take it. Over-extension of forces which could be put to better use elsewhere. Im sure members of the enemy team recognise this when your team is doing this and make appropriate plans.
