Alright hello everyone,
I have finally come to this forums and i bring pictures. I modeling the M1A2 Abrams with TUSK from scratch to see if the PR team would want to use it. I took large risk because its on the high poly side and it took me about 45 hours to complete with the redesigning process of course. It has a CROWS mounted 50.cal MG and the loaders M240 with shield with Both modeled by me.

Alright first off:

The M240 is already been attached to the Loaders hatch.

I like it, just need someone to texture it, then we can start coding this bad boy. Make sure it has a collision mesh in the barrel

I know its there, but on the EA LAV-25 it has a missile launcher, but not in PR. Now you could i think do the same thing they did, or i'm I talking out of my arse agian?

Awesome. I believe they also mount a M2HB right on top of the main gun's barrel as well.

Not to be the skeptic, but maybe some wireframes or WIP shots are in order. Just seems a little fishy to me is all, some guy with 2 posts popping in here and posting this. But hey, if I'm wrong, then I'm wrong and ... nice model.

Well in response to the 50.cal on the Barrel i didnt put for balancing reasons and it wasnt in the published report on the TUSK. I mean it has the CROWS and the two M240s on it i think that enough

To response to the skeptic comment I would have to say its truthfully mine and it looks nice and ill get wireframes as soon as I can and post them

Ok, you check out in my books. Have fun wth trying to get it textured and ingame. Could you just learn to import it so we can have fun watching it go across the map as a grey ghost?

Seems to me like there are a lot of areas that will seldom be seen where you've put details. Aswell as areas that aren't seen at -all- when the body is in place?

You should model the M2HB on the turret as a dummy that can be attached later if anybody changes their mind on whether or not they want it. It offers flexibility.
