1. Repair when you're hit significantly beyond a shadow of a doubt. Aircraft might have weapons that will tear through anything, but their armor is paper compared to anything else.
2. You don't need a lase. If someone calls out the location of a target you should be able to make an educated decision and also be able to use the unguided munitions on planes. If you can't, either LEARN HOW or DON'T FLY
3. Practice. If you're good with vBF2 flying, your transition to PR Training will be a lot easier. If you're good in a training server, you should be at least decent in the field.
Feel free to add.

I think that's a pretty bigot point to make to be honest. The laze is there for a reason; why waste the precious munitions you have and most likely miss, causing you to take time out of the air to re-arm which could cause collision (even pro pilots can botch a landing, yes, it's true), all because someone is too lazy to laze?
There're planes designed to take out ground targets without laze, and the machine guns on all planes do count for this - But GPS bombs? Mine'll never drop without a GPS Laze.
But, thanks for your concern

To this point, I won´t use them if I see I have a competent team, but in my experience no one can be bothered to lase, so I might as well use some powerful weapons to bomb ground targets also.
But I haven´t flown a CAS aircraft for a very long time.

If that is true, then you should still be able to help the team.

Anyone know where to repair the planes?, i drove my F-16 in training everywhere just to find a place to repair my aircraft but still cant find it. The runway doesnt seems to be repairing though, only rearming.

Rearming is repairing. On Qinling it's the area next to the hangars
