[Question] BF2Editor Editing

A while ago i setup a PR_edit mod for mapping, and after suggesting a new vehicle, I wanted to mess around with one of the civ cars settings to see what it can do. But no matter what, it seems like my changes have no effect. Is there a process i have to do after making changes. I have tried running pr.exe and also starting bf2 and switching mods.
