[0.8] Commander idle bug

I was on the tactic and teamwork all maps server on Operation Archer on the USMC side
Spawned at main, applied for commander, requested kit, got in CP.
Started sorting out the chaos
was kicked for being idle despite having been talking to various squads
rejoined, but was on wrong team - but at least I was with Frosty
Anyways, unsure if this was a one off issue, or is only found on T&T
