Just wondering what are the Devs views on the tank/apc gunner controls, I personally think they are way to easy to use. Hvaing the mouse control the turret results in crazy aiming speeds and reflexes like shooting down choppers, spinning the turret 360` in 1 sec, and just basically unrealistic gameplay for armoued vehicles.
I propose to change the mouse controls to the W,A,S,D keys or the arrow keys, I believe this will require more skill on the gunners part and maybe the armoured vehicles will start playing abit more like they should and not just a 2 man crew hell bent on getting 100 kills like me and -=LP=- Pel did on muttrah

Not on the APC but W, A, S, D controls on the tank turret sounds interesting and more challenging. I'd like it myself and especially if that enemy on the hill has to aim at me It could be really cool actually, it'd feel more like you're in a tank.

tank turrets are controlled by joysticks. it seems pretty unrealistic to remove smooth control of the turret by using wasd keys. i really do not see a need to nerf the armored vehicles this much. if the infantry can't take it out then they are at their own fault for not bring L-AT or organising a resistance with H-AT or other armored vehicles to counter the force.

Agree x2, better for gameplay. And maybe have it so if people want to use joysticks they can, i would prefer to use Arrow Keys myself...
