eh? INS know the exact locations of their caches that are in play

if you mean the ones that havent spawned, I'd agree with you

Caches on the Insurgent side are always right under their marker. However, I guess it would be a good thing to know where the rest will spawn.

Well, the new feature of INS knowing where a cache is by 10 min of being spawned is being added AFAIK. Plus not knowing where the caches will be prevents side switchers from camping where the cache will spawn, otherwise, they would get an undefended cache.
