Honestly, I dont think i've even ever fired one.

Like to hear the affects of it close range.

I killed with it, but its not an effective weapon.

Only works at point blank range(did try once, firered 6 rounds, not ONE hit!)

I've teamkilled with it, by accident

yeah i've killed few guys with it and i have been killed by it.I use it,when my primary rans out of ammo,its quite effective when raiding houses or in close combat situations..but i think its too underpowered.

I thought you meant in real life and was like, if someone has been killed by it, they definitely can't tell you But i have killed with it, it was awesome! It used to be really accurate, but alas, the D word.

I have, but not since way back when (0.5 or 0.6 I think), when they were still primaries and you couldn't keep me away from the things.

You'll be getting killed/killing with these toys a lot more in the future..

if it can blow up a hole into a wall i find no reason why it shouldnt effect on the human body as well,i think its a lil bit too underpowered.

I did in 1 on 1 match on Kashan training, was fun until the server started getting populated and the round went back to the spawn raping ****.
I did find out that the epipens seem to be more effective than knives as me lee weapons.

Yes i did but not in 0.8

Ive used it many times, but sadly it is not too effective of a weapon now, but if you are in really close quarters fighting, its deadly. Its just not too often you get into that situation and you normally get picked off by running in the street before you get to the building

I got killed once by a shotgun He must've been using hax!

i was on TG server earlier today in a squad with Upstate Soldier as the SL. We were on Ghost Train as Chinese. We had an rp in the room in the tunnel. I was playing medic. The Brits had a firebase in E1nm5, right at the top of the map. We waltzed in and took it out. The brits came back from north bridge to repair and led with grenades. We were all down except our engineer, who unfortunately had is shotgun out. He shot a guy with a knife at pointblank range twice and he lost. They rebuilt the firebase.

IMO the shotgun is not currently effective against people. IMO it should be devastating at 5m or less.

In .8, I shot a guy with a shotgun once, on Korengal, when I ran out of ammo in my SKS. Killed him right away. It was relatively close, though, inside one of those small walled-in yards between two houses.

came up behind a guy and i stood there cycling through my weapons to see what i can use to kill this guy, and i saw the shotty. I thought.. Heck, i should be able to blow his head of with the barrel pointing at the back of his skull at an inch away.

Well... to my surprise... he took the shot.... kind of looked around at what just happened...turned around.... saw me standing there with the shotgun to his head and he just kind of stood there looking at me with binoculars in his hands.

Guess he was waiting for me to finish him off, thus it was my plan as well. But next shot... well... missed, lol. So he figured he might put an end to this and took out his knife, and swiftly put an end to the madness.

I heard my teammates laughing that he took my shotgun and teabagged me...

I never used the shotgun again.

Snuck up behind a sniper and wanted to do something original.
