Imagine it,

an RPG blows your tail off, and you spiral torwards the ground, smashing into it, killing the pilot and co-pilot. The passengers survive, but stay prone until 30 secs. after they get out of the Hawk.


Rules:

You have to be 65- altitude or you'll plain die.

You enter prone after exiting the vehicle, and can't get up until atleast 30 secs. as stated in the opening tutorial.

If your hit in the cockpit, you just blow. If your hit in the top rotor you explode mid-air. The sequence only happens when you are hit in the tail rotor or tail.



Does it sound doable? If it is, you can twist it to make it doable.

I don't think you can hit the rotors because they have no collision meshes. I could be wrong though.

i would imagine that the pilots be the one with the most survivability rate in a crash. But then once a heli crash lands, it usually ends up as a black pile of wreckage.

I see what you mean, but you can just skip the top rotors and make it where they have to hit the tail.

Not the rotors, but tail.

It would be fun, but I have another idea!


You bleed out crazily, you won't survive 40 secs.

And the surviving crashed happens only with helis, and happens RARELY.

there is actually a code in the blackhawks to have there tail rotors go out if they get hit, however i think its just randomized and it can happen no matter where you hit it.

as far as having survivors and wounded survivors etc, well i think thats been suggested before and if i remember correctly the devs said its not possible with the bf2 engine.

Resuggestion, and no its not possible to pick who survives and who doesnt.
