If you are @ that Munition flag (not the Storage thing), there is a glitch. I cant make a video, cause i dont have SP.
At first you search that Static here (on the right side)



It has to be in the middle south side of the complex (inside, not outside)

Then you move to the West of that static where you see a little ventilator or something like that. Now you use your rope to get up on the static and you have a little chance to get into that static. tried 6x to get in 2nd time.

I deleted all my files, so screenie was lost, maybe i add it later, if i play it again as militia

ok i think i understand what you are saying there.

Seen it happen before in 0.6, when more Militia kits had grappling hooks, some guy did in front of an admin

yeah im sorry that i dont have a screenshot. I just wanted to have an photo of the static and found this on google. When i play the map next time, i make a screen shot for you
