Can the following be integrated in the BF2 engine?

1) The flag order assigned automatically upon flag neutralize/capture to all squads via an order a-la commander
IMO there will always be players that don't follow the flag order. Could it be made that automatically after flag capture a command to attack the next flag would be given to all squads? The SL could decline this and assign a different command like move somewhere or defend a certain place if he so wishes.. I think it is not enought to have just the server messages.
2) Not fixing spawnpoints rather making an spawn-area
People that attack and know all spawnpoints at the flag have a huge advantage. This way attacking would be more intense because you'd never know where the enemy lurks. If it cannot be done is there a maximum of spawnpoints that can be tied to one flag?
