Can anyone tell me how you bomb lazing targets?

And don't tell me to read the manual, i've done so 3 times.

Because i've never understanded how. Also with bombs, how do you bomb them from a 500 metres when you can't see the target.

If you are in the fighter jet you must switch to your bombs, fly over the lased position when you hear the "i got lock" release the bomb and you have 80% hit, where you are in the bomber, switch to laser guided, or bombs, you see a box in your screen then you hear the "i got lock" and there you go.If you are in the attack heli you must switch to laser designated(3) and if you the laser, wait couple of seconds to get lock and fire.

Probably best go on the battleforce kashan training server to try it out

to laser designate a target: use the SOFLAM (officer and specops "binoculars") and left-click on target until it's marked (green target box).

Couple of changes, You DO NOT NEED to hear an audio cue of a lock when dropping bombs, as they will lock on in flight (though allow it enough descending time and space to get to the lock, don't drop it from a mile away in other words at 500m).

For the attack choppers, Laser Guided Missiles (default "3") are guided by your cursor, whereas Laser Targeted Missiles (default "4"), are locked onto the lase, either made by yourself or a spotter.


Once again, try and find a training server with others on it and have a go at lasing yourself, and flying with a spotter.
