just a question before my suggestion when the return of helmand opens will the taliban faction be the same as insurgents?
Ofc the insurgents are talibans in other words. And there comes my main suggestion. When fighting as Taliban(not iraqi resistance) couldnt the weapon choices me more wide?I mean like either as starting kit or just the weapons you can find at Caches. Since the taliban is alot more armed then the Iraqi resistance it would be better for balancing the teams and adding more realism wich makes it alot more fun. And i mean weapons and Medical support lets not forget BOOBYTRAPS!
I think this is really worth looking in to and its not hardcoded at all if i am right. Just adding a medic kit with an AK and some old-school adrenaline shot. or what ever that is

Else its just really annoying having your Cell leader(officer) spent all his field dressers and everyone in the squad is looking for a US or Brittish medic to kill so they can treat the 2 other guys in the squad bleeding.

So technecly this suggestion is to boost the taliban insurgents.

Already being sorted I believe, the Taliban will basically be somewhere in between the Insurgents and the Militia in terms of their capabilities, because yes they are better equipped than Iraqi insurgents but have no access to tanks or other heavy equipment.

Also, return of helmand? I believe there is currently a community match map called helmand being worked on but I dont believe that there are any plans to bring back the old helmand map.

Oh and weapon choice is being reworked big time (amongst other things) for the insurgents so they will have a much greater variety of weapons to pick from

They are getting the engineer/sapper grenade booby trap if I'm not mistaken. So that takes care of part of your post.

They'll probably have everything you want except from a real medic.

They'll have more (/other) weapons, are a bit more organized as it looks right now, and they will probably get the traps as said above. (We've seen a pic with a Taliban guy with a shotgun!!1111oneeleven)
