No, because TOW's are way too powerful for such asset and would be abused A LOT.

because it would make the unrealistic inability to reload FB defences more likely?

this is a resuggestion which would not be great in my opinion due to how it would be used as artillery, quickly running out of ammo etc when a HAT would have done fine.
