I finished my model of the C7A2 battle rifle last weekend and I wouldn't mind some pointers on how to perfect it, or feel free to request rendered photos from different angles

Although looking at it now I think the handgrip and Elcan mount are a little weak

closer views of the weapon would help me see things more clearly.

i can tell you right off the bat that the cocking handle is wrong. but i agree with you the sight needs some adjusting so does the pistol grip.

and for sure closer shots of the wpn would help critics and details

The sight mount is off, yours is going into the upper reciever, take a closer look at an image of a C7 with Elcan site.

(hmrmpfh, it isn't a battle rifle afaik, it an ASSAULT rifle, cus of the smaller round)

the magazine well needs a little help, as in the render, it has an imperfection

Thank you for you honesty, I will increase the slip ring size and repost when I have redone the charging handle and handgrip. Here are images of the updated Elcan mounting.

The new handgrip as suggested, do you see any improvement or should I try again

I'm not a modeller, but I am Canadian! This looks like it's coming along nicely, keep it up.

I agree with eggman, though are you using any pics as references in your background? Or do you just have them turned off?
