Would it be possible to have a chat for squad leaders? For example, you could type a letter and have a squad leader chat box -- if it's not hardcoded it would definitely be a beneficial feature. It would greatly increase the communication between squads. Relaying everything from the commander to the next squad gets difficult.

All aspects of VOIP are unfortunately hardcoded.

it seems he didnt mean voip, but text chat. Can python interfere with that? a 1: at the start of the text msg could then be used to only address sq1.

Other question : is it possile to give "commander voip" to squadleaders? cos commander is able to talk with all squads. Just remove option "talk to all"

Simple, you just type in team chat " Squad # text here " , you dont need to code it in, just put the squads number in front of whatever your going to say.

is what i do, but it would be alot better if a coulor could be used for each squad ? thats if the original idea is possible.

I Belivie text to other squads is hardcoded, and would require 9x the text keys to end a message. Best way is just to send it over Team Chat as they said above.

no, its the ONLY way.... this guy is trying to provide another, better way.

why have squad to squad voip (hardcoded, just example) when u can go through commander ?

Sorry, my bad, I assumed it was VoIP then read closely and saw that you said "type."

Would be a good addition IMO.
