Spread the PR Gospel!

Today I had a amazing thought enter my mind randomly while at work. Burn the PR mod onto a cd and pass it out to people. I live in a small crummy area of upstate new york, its mostly farms and stuff, but even the little city 15 minutes away from me has an internet cafe LAN party thingy. So I think everyone who is really interested helping the PR community grow, should go pick up a pack of oh say 10-20 blank CDs with cases, wait until the next release of PR comes out and burn a copy, print out a sheet of paper with some basic PR info and stop by their local internet cafe (or even local EB or something) and drop off some cds, ask the store manager if they would include the cd when someone makes a BF2 purchase or something along those lines.

of course, that will only work if the next release of PR is under 700MB (i think thats how much a basic cd holds) but if its bigger i wouldnt mind going ot sams club and buying some dvds to burn (i have light scribe on my burner ^_^ ) and making some dvds to pass out to people. just start it off with the PR movie, have the mod on there, the website, a basic help guide, all that good stuff.

whats everyone think about this idea?

Excellent Idea, what if we got a sponsor to make up some CD's so we could send them out to our [R-PUB]s and who ever elese would like to help... amazing Idea.

That'd be awesome.

Although there isn't any Webcafe's or anything like that near me, I'd burn a couple and hand them out at school or something. Plus, you could put the Game guide on there (when its done)

This would be an awesome idea espically for anyone living near gaming places.

i'll have a look on the future publishing site and ask them to put a PR on a disk on the cover of a gaming mag.

lmao I'm afraid to go near my local net cafe - it's all CS nerds that break monitors and chairs when they die. o.O

Now that is awesome. They've had BF2 mods on there before, why not PRMM? PCGamer will do it, and will probably like a feature or interview!

I posted "Have anyone tried PRMM?" at soldf.com's (THE swedish military forum) BF2 thread.

lmao pretty much. There was this one squeaky 11 year old kid who would scream and curse and practically start crying when he died. then he like randomly walked away and came back and started yelling at someone for hacking in a LAN...

Me and my friend were cracking up - it was so freaking ridiculous.
