This fix, translated, means that you told to your bf2.exe to be aware of large memory address during play. That is because Battlefield 2 was made for ancient XP, which didn't allowed to Bf2 use of more than 2 GB of RAM or otherwise your system could froze up because of lack of memory.
32-bit XP couldn't identify more than 3 GB of RAM.
Simplified, you should be fine until you reinstall your Bf2

A bit offtopic, but will the controls files be replaced(or set to default) during the uninstallation of 0.8 or the installation of 0.85? If so, what is the correct controls file(s) and where should it be located in? It's always pain in the *** to setup the controls because of bf2's buggy controls menu.
Now that I have controls that I'm happy with, I would like to keep them instead of spending half of the day setting the keys in the menu or circumventing the menu and manually inserting them into some of the controls files. There are so many different .con files related to bf2 that I can't remember which one is the right one for setting PR's controls.
