What time will PR be released in who's time zone? Is it gonna go by the UK's or what?

Well, I'm gonna go sleep now and by the time I wake up tomorrow it better be available for download!

I don't really think there's a fixed hour for the release, just the general date.

No specific time. It will probably be released by torrent early(ish).

There is no FilePlanet exclusive this time, so expect many mirrors in many different countries.
