Coaxial MG bug (?)

I've been testing couple things on local server and I found something. When you overheat your coaxial machinegun the zoom function is blocked and you can't zoom in or zoom out untill it cools down. It doesn't happen with main cannon overheat.
I didn't tried it yet on dedicated server so it would be nice if someone could confirm if it happens also on dedicated server.
It happens with every tank, APC and IFV in game (including scimitar and brdm)....
