I've been playing the mod for a while suddenly when I join a game, after around 2 seconds my whole computer crashes. This has happened at least 5 times. This only happens with PRMM though, not with regular Battlefield 2. I downloaded this sound patch thing by hamburger or something like that, maybe thats the problem. Oh well.. I don't know.

Uninstall and reinstall my friend. If it still happens then that's a different story all together...

I have never heard that one before. Can I ask what your computer specs are?

i get the same prob some times.. except it crashes midway thru loading a map

As Wraith said, I'd uninstall then reinstall. If that doesn't work, redownload it - it may have got corrupted somewhere. If it still happens, something more serious is going on that we'd need to investigate.

mine always seems to crash a few seconds into a round after i've been playing for like an hour. even when i turn the settings down it still does it occationally. it sill happens with vanilla (even though that won't even let me play online anymore) but not as often. no problem though, i just restart
