Project Reality music playing on the Golf channel. (No, I do not watch golf. My father does, though. I happened to be walking by.)

I think this is not the first time TV has used a PR track, after all, I think it is all freeware. Didn't some Japanese TV commercial use the Muttrah track? Can anyone find the link to that please?

If anyone is curious, it was the track that plays while you are loading Qwai River. The golf course was in Saudi Arabia, not China. xD

Wow that's crazy! Is there no copyright on it? Is it not allowed to be copyrighted since it would infringe EA's copyright?
I didn't see anything on the CreativeCommons search.

If I remember correctly, some of the PR tracks are remixed "open source" (can't remember the word for the music world) tracks.

Doesn't everyone? But, I doubt it will return. One of my best experiences in PR was when our INF squad gets dropped of by the little bird and it flies out low and turns the street corner while we watch it get lit up by a technical. We were all like, "Whoa! Danger around that corner!"

I heard the beginning portion of PirateX's Desert Heat during a show of Nova about the NSA. It was a pleasant little tidbit It was about 40 min in.

I think the devs also have thier musoc open for everyone to use..

Surely the Aphex Twin track, is copyrighted?
Im also sure the DEVs wouldn't allow it without permission - so how did that get in?

iirc one of the guys who helped mixed some of the tracks works on music for TV as well. I think Kill Pirate has more info on it.
