Rumor: Snow Day Spoils New Battlefield, Army Of Two Sequel Announcements




What do you think, guys ? BF3 maybe ?


Sundley I did care a lot about these snow days in UK.

I wanted to hope it was BF3 but it seems that this is for consoles

im not holding my breath for this anyway. i think it will probably be a crappy console game like bad company 2 or a cartoony joke game like bf heroes. if EA actually makes a bf3, that is a true successor to bf2, and makes it for the pc il be amazed.

They've probably played a beta of OFP2 and ArmA2 and just thought "screw it, we can't beat that" or something

as if bad company didnt suck enough, now they are releasing a number 2 of it?!! the story was too short, the multiplayer wasnt that good either. the only thing impressive about it was the destructible environment...

So with it most likely going back to WWII, BF3 is nothing more than a figment in our imaginations. I hope these rumors prove to be wrong.

yes, you and i thought it sucked, but millions of console players thought it was the best thing ever. it sold well, and when your a game company these days thats all that matters.

really when you think about it the bf franchise has been going downhill ever since bf2, and that was 4 years ago. then we got the crappy bf2 console remakes, 2142, bad company, and now heroes. it seems as though they keep moving further from realism {yes i know vanilla is a joke when it comes to realism but its the closest we got from EA} and PCs with every release. which doesnt bode well for a possible bf3.

i got bf bc its not bad it can be fun sometimes if you got some friends to play with if not it sucks major ***

did battlefield bad company even have destrucible enviroments? i remember houses could be blown up but they blew up the same way every time in pre definded manner not like really blowing up randonly

Every object that is destructible in BF:BC is scripted, meaning when it reaches a "health" limit it gets destroyed and that explosion or crash or whatever you call it is the same every time. Its not dynamic like in crysis.
