your forgetting the ankle pockets and shoulder pockets, or are those going to be skinned on? Also the helmet seems a little flat up front and goes up to high, it should be more rounded out in the front.

many models start off like this, in high poly form espically player models that have more rounded shapes with lots creases etc since this is the best way to get really good bump maps. Then once you have got the bump maps off the high poly model, you strip the polys off to minimum you need and then put the bump map on it which you got off the high poly model and it looks pretty much the same.
Quick example for ya, dont have the high poly model to show but here is the low poly model of a statue with no bump map, made off its high poly model:
then here is that same low poly but with the bump map made off the high poly model:
notice all the creases on the flag, the belt etc is all done by the bump map.

If this is for PR...won't that make Read's work redundant?
Makes me feel kinda sorry for Read.

well the low poly version comes after you have 100% finished the high poly otherwise you run into UV map probs etc afaik but not 100% sure what visiki has planned for this model.

i believe that z-trooper had been doing some experiments with baked maps of of high poly models and found out that bf2 doesn't really support highpoly bump maps like we would be doing with this one. so i don't think this will be going inside bf2.
nonetheless the model looks really good, did you use zbrush to get some of the details in it or what other programs have you been using to make this beauty ?
