At the biggining of the round during that time we have to wait 3 minutes for the round start, anyone that wants to be a pilot should apply for pilot kits, the same way the commander does for being the commander. The kits would be limited for the number of planes and helo's in the map and the ones that applied would also be able to resign just like the commander. If a pilot is identified as a "smacktard" "noob" or any other adjective, the rest of the team would be able to kick that player from the pilot squad. The pilot squad voip would be integrated to all the squad leaders, a button to talk to the squad and one to talk to the squad leaders. Thats my suggestion, idk if its hardcoded or not.

VOIP is hard coded and I'm pretty sure that this is not even possible.

VOIP and the Squad System are both hardcoded. Just pllay on servers that are well administrated and kick for people wasting assets. Further more this has been suggested before, please check the A.S.S. thread.

As the two posters have correctly pointed out, we are completely unable to touch the VOIP or Squad systems, they are very much hardcoded and cannot be changed. Thanks for the suggestion though.
