PR server hosting issue - not able to install

the mistake may be on my part - it took me until this week to get to updating my server to host PR .85 and found that I could not connect to any of the links emailed me when issued my PR License.
Was my license de-activated? If it was, may I be allowed to get it re-activated? I bow my head in shame and hold my hat in hand.
