I don´t know if the bf2 engine allows something like that but it would be awsome to carry injured players if they lay for example on the open street behnd a wall and revive the soldier there.

Its hardcoded and has been suggested before. Use the A.S.S. thread and search function before you post.

As the above post says - already suggested, not possible on the engine, please search in future
