I was curious, lets say in the future when this mod hits version 1.0 and above that the DEVs decide that they want to quit and move on with their lives, what happens to PR? Im talking like the lead devs, like rhino. Maybe they will reach a point where they are satisfied with everything thats in the mod or they will have reached a wall in terms of what can be done with the bf2 engine? Will you guys hand it off to other capable individuals who are willing to go forward with its development? Perhaps you will reach a certain point where the only additions that will be made will be by the community mods? Il understand if you guys dont really have an answer for this yet, but the main thing im curious about is if your planning on letting others take over.

lol... just kidding... I think the secret is in succession planning.. You will see that the team players in the PR community will always develop talent so the mod will continue to flourish.

I am sure that Egg, UK, or Jaymz can add more.

I think it'll evolve into something more than a mod someday. Seeing as people's interest for PR keeps growing, and as this is the greatest game on a PC, by far, there'll never be a lack of future Devs, and I'm certain these professional mod makers we have now stays longer than most of the players. We'll just have to wait and see.

LOL yea i like the first post would love to have myself one of those, but im sure even if a Lead Dev retires that he will pas it down to someone else and eventually that PR will become nation wide somehow so there will always be people im sure.

If we pitch in I can get 500 acres, import some Military vehicles/weapons etc and have big massive battles with fastropes and everything. Plus we can have a spa, olympic sized swimming pool, a gymnasium, a few pubs/bars located throughout. Also have a petting zoo where you can feed them!

When they retire, everybody miss them and forums are posted full of "i'm so sad"-topics. Then they come back.
