Collaborator Spawn Time

Ok recently I actually had to leave a server on Ramiel becuase I just couldn't beleive the Collabs spawn time.
I was climbing a rope onto a building cause my Sl told me too, and I got shot across the map by a sniper.
Wanna know the time?
120 seconds +
Noone wants to be a collaborator anymore because of the spawn time, no incentive to do so. Whats the use of being one if when you die you have to wait for 2 + minutes just to play again?
Civilian/Collaborator gameplay needs to be reanalyzed I think. Are they collaborators or are they just civilians? There's no use for them. All CA do are shoot them. No questons asked just shoot the bugger and be done with it.

this isn't just about time, its about civilians in general
Could a mod change title to something along the lines of Reanalyzing the Collaborator

Well if your looking for a change in the Collaborator system, I made a suggestion for the civilian gameplay here:

It talks about ways to shorten the Collaborator spawn times.

Im not saying change the spawn time only, I'm saying that the civilians in general need to be looked over and re done cause it's just not working gameplay wise, too much punishment not enough reward

i think thats what they tried to do by adding the revive ability, but they only made the insurgents mor of a conventional faction in doing so.

They should make collaboraters to Medics or Doctors and bee a limited kit :b

As it is, the civvie is a fairly useless kit, whose functions can be done better by picking up a couple of enemy kits.
A captured medic kit does the same job in healing, but has a gun, and the rifleman specialist has the grapple and a gun.
SL'ing in insurgency, I'll never have a civvie in my squad, but will always instruct my squaddies to salvage any RS/Medic kits they come across.

Simple solution, don't run out into the middle of a fire fight like a normal civillian would. Wait until battle is over before reviving/healing. We have 3 minute wounded timer for reason.

octo cran you have no idea about this is what that just told me
Please see what your typing before you say it
And also try to find something more constructive than that
My argument is that there is no incentive to be a civilian anymore so its a dead kit
