Help Mumble Won't Connect to the PR server

Yeah the title says it all its just looping trying to connect and reconnect and it said the server is not allowing ht econnectoin or something
Little help!

The new official mumble IP is: 205.234.153.178
Please use this new mumble server as the old will be down.
Any registered usernames are retained with their pw.

Everyone. I was just in Karbala on Reality Europe or something, and everyone was saying Mumble is down.
