When you install the levels, a .pdf file will be placed on your desktop. This glorious piece of art is the PR manual.


Read it in its entirety.

dont be scared of just get in a public game and join a VOIP INF/ INF / Teamwork/ TW squad. tell them that you are new and read the manual and they will be glad to play with you and eventually you will learn stuff, but the manual are the basics. what you are going to learn may be experience.

But best times are the random times I'm on Xfire, anytime. Go ahead and add me now, I'm online and will be so tomorrow.

I think hes read the manual, but if you haven't it will explain almost 90% of the game.

If you can't find someone to play with you then find a squad named "VOIP"

Basically that squad will be using mics and if you tell them you are new and have read the manual the squad leader and squad members will gladly help you out.

Some basic tips:
Don't shoot at everything that moves
If you can't kill it don't try or it will kill you
Stick with squad
Don't man assets without out training first since they are alot harder to use in PR
And most importantly, USE A MIC. That will make PR so much more fun and easier, trust me

And you could PM me for my xfire name, I would gladly help you if you could play at about 6 PM Central time

A very usefull tip that will guide you in the game: Do not do anything that you would not do in real life. It may sound too obvius, but I'm sure if you follow it, you'll play better.

If people yell at you for being a newb than its there fault not yours! Dont be afraid to join a teamwork squad and listen to the squad leader.

Mind you: A lot of weapons work different in PR than in most games. So! Dont take any high priority weapons like LAT or HAT. Grenadier and Light Machine gunner is ok as well. I'd just stick with regular rifleman for now. Or maybe the medic.

I could also add that if you happen to play on Tactical Gamer, join TG-tagged player squads since they are pretty helpful especially for new players and give nice teamwork. And T&T guys on Tactics&Teamworks, iGI guys on iGi server or our PR.FI guys on our server

i'll be playing tonight at around 4 pm kansas city time.

Just wonder does anyone know where i can find a Medic guide as i was reading through the manual but theres nothing there about it, unless i missed it, if so could someone tell me what chapter it is in please.

Best thing to do is like everyone said...read the manual that comes with it..front to back. Then the rest falls in place as you have "hands on" experience. Once you have got the knack for it....BF2 PR mod is awesome fun. Im on quite often and could join you on a training server if nobody else is around to help show u the ropes
