New Assest: Vehicle Supply Depot

Hi there folks.
I thought about getting some more dynamic into some of the maps. Then I came up with the idea of basically "move" your mainbase to react onto different map situations.
If you would be able to build a new VSD somewhere, you could drastically increase your vehicle effectivity and expanding range+time by reloading crates. this should make you able to push faster and deeper into enemy territory making the whole gameplay even more flexible.
but of course, this would be pretty much overpowered without some restrictions. I thought of it like:
- only 1 additional VSD on each Team ( regular Forces only )
- more than 2 supply crates needed (I thought of 6 to keep it balanced and realistic)
- destruction of VSD results in a bigger ticketpenalty (like ~20 tickets)
- commander needed to get a buildorder for the additional VSD
- min. distance to homebase of 300m + maximum distance of 600-1000m (depends on mapsize) to make sure that u cannot build a VSD next to the enemy mainbase and place all your tanks there to shoot into enemy main
- + all other restrictions that are already given for common firebase-assests.
