I tried playing a few maps as US today, didn't really notice it before but every weapon I got was an M4.
M4 with TA31RCO, M4 with Reddot sight, M4 with M203 etc.
I thought M16A4's were still the standard for US troops, and I searched alot and checked out pictures and I can clearly see them there, so where are they in the game?

Sorry if it's been asked before but I didn't find any other posts.

M4 is the weapon issued to combat Soldiers
M16A4 is issued to Marines although the M4 is also used in smaller numbers

US Army mostly use M4's
USMC mostly use M16A4's

In PR it's US Army = M4, USMC = M16A4. So the maps you were playing were US Army.

Try maps such as:

-Fallujah West

-Operation Archer

if you want the M16A4

Yup, trusty Barracuda, Muttrah and Jabal will get you them.
