Heres one I found on the Korengal valley map at C1 kp 2

Looks like a texture problem to me or a file got corrupted and didnt load in all the way.

I have noticed a few different spots on that map, there is one by the firebase or what it is called, right outside the entrance, invisible wall you can eventually climb across wood plank bridge
