I'm having problems with battle director, after i try to load the demo up that i just recorded in game, there's no sound in the file, i can see the game play but no sound. Is there any way to fix this? Im also doing this demo in project reality single player.

whats the right section? is it help and hardware? last time i got moved to community modding and i couldn't find my post.

Please help me fix this, without fixing this i cant make my movie.

i would use machiminia instead.

No sound me because your stereo mix is disable. Check around on google for a nice guide on how to enable it

Had this problem with FRAPS, open the lil speaker in your tab in the bottom right goto the recording section in properties and unmute stereo mix. Turn down the volume some or its gonna be ultra loud and crappy sounding. mute your mic also or it will pickup sound from that as well.

Ive tried both software, and ive enabled that sound card and set it as default and every time i load it up i get no sound, this is ridiculous im trying to make a movie here and im not getting anywhere until this gets fixed!

just to be clear...are u not hearing sound on the BR, or not hearing sound on the video ur making?

in machiminia tool link i sent u is the download location.

in it, there should be an option for sound and tags under one of tabs.

Make sure you enable sound there.

Yea i did, im not getting or hearing any sound when im in game viewing the battlerecorder file.

Only in the BR file, you are on normal 1x speed right?

Yea i know if you play faster then you get no sound, im playing a single player server, in the top thing bar i type

demo.recorddemo movie1

and when im done i type

demo.stoprecording

Then i go into battledirector or that other program team gaffa thing and when i load the file up i dont hear any sound, but the file plays.

Have you tried without those programs though, just using the game?

um that file dosent show up in replay area,

seriously i need to get this fixed and soon im in the middle of trying to make a movie.

If you want to play them through your Community tab you have to move the demo files from ..\EA Games\Battlefield 2\mods\pr\Demos\ to ..\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\Default\demos\ and then you can play them in game.

SCOTTTYYYY IT WORKS!!!! But now like the movment is all choppy in game like the actions are like square and very choppy and not smooth, when they move it looks like thier glitched any way to fix that?

i get that too, its the file. cant fix it. if u get another file it should be better.
