Is it possible to add in more sounds, like screams from across the map or like if on BF bad company when u would get shot the guy would scream sh*t sh*t sh*t.

I think it is hardcoded in the BF2 engine, wait till a developer gives you a better answer. But I know BF:Bad Company uses a much stronger engine then BF2.

mbient efefcts is possible as crf did on korengal taht when you shoot in certain areas dogs may bark I think, but I don tknow about if your shot.
