Or atleast I think thats the name of the Static, anyways I can't find it. Please help!

bare in mind this static has no lightmap samples with it so the only way to generate lightmaps for it is if you render lightmaps for it in 3DsMax.

Hmmm. I do not have xpak folder

You should, you have the object somewhere cause otherwise you couldn't play the map. On mine I have a green tab called Xpack and its under objects.(Same place as Rhino said)
