After I've started my map and have placed flags it works fine up until I go to Level Settings then there is no teams. Someone plz help.

I wouldn't worry about doing that through the editor...you can hand edit that to what you want in the INIT.con.
Make sure to make it 'read only' after you have it to what you want, so the editor doesn't erase parts of it magically each time you 'save' your map.

Do I need a special App to Open it? Or what should I use?

Ok I figured that out, Now to prevent me from making another topic, After the map is done kits are set, levels complete (to my knowledge) I save to PR_EDIT go into bf2 start it using the custom games and my map doesn't apper. Thanx for the help.

Did you add a gamemode and put all needed effects for it down?

Follow Rhino's links and set up the editor as described there.
Also, put stuff in your .desc file (in "info" folder). Check .desc files from other levels, so you get an idea of how to set it up.

Err it's pretty messed up now...w.e I'll start a new one. One Issue I may of had with this is I started with PR not PR_Edit at first then Moved to to PR_Edit and...idk i'll just make a new one. Mainly because when I open it in the editor i get this.

I'm having the same issue. How did you fix it the missing teams in level setting?

I made A PR_Edit and downloaded Rhinos thingy for mapping in pr and there they were.
