Servers with to strict autobalance

Some servers have autobalance turned on and have it like if there are 2 persons to few on one team one from the other gets switched. This kind of kills the experience because I've been squad leading and switched because of this and we all know what happens if a squad loses its SL in the middle of a game . In public play very few step up after SL leaves and when I finally am able to switch back the squad is pretty much ruined; people leaving etc.
I know some servers have autobalance set so that it allows 4-5 players unbalanced, but I’ve been running into some lately that don’t. So this is a request to all servers, please, don’t have autobalance set so that whenever I squadlead and the teams go to 31-29 I get switched.
