Just Something i wanna throw out there, could we get some sort of system where it takes time to pick up kits from fallen soldiers. at the minute i could run across the streets riddled with gun fire, and pick up a new kit, without a scar to prove it.

Hmm, a very short delay would be realistic, however the weapon-draw animation sort of represent it already...

I fully agree with you ... But i'm afraid this isn't possible with the engine..
Anyone can shed some light on the hardcodedness of this?

If it is possible, there should be a pick-up kit animation. That way, we could change the weapon-draw animation so when you switch to UGL and rifle, you don't need to wait too much. Could help the LMG too, when you switch to deploy and "un-deploy", you don't need to **** the gun again and wait all the animation. Anyways, I don't really know what are animation time, I didn't played PR since the begining of 0.8

I'm afraid it's impossible to not re-draw your weapon when switiching between the different modes, as you only have 2 mouse buttons, fire/zoom, and the draw-weapon number switch between the firing modes eg. singleshot/burst is also taken, in other words no free slots.

Your english is alright, don't worry

As for animation times, they've been shortened greatly, so it's a lot better and kind of closer to reality. Dunno about the SAW animation, but a ''pick up kit'' animation would be nice. The only problem is it's possible this might not be possible ... We'll see.
