PRMM 0.3 - Map List and Issues

Hey Gents,

With the release of 0.3 we are introducing two new game modes. We'll be ontriducing others in the future, so the problem I am going to describe below is potentially going to get worse. (note EA may do something about this will BF2 1.3).

Problem:
Right now BF2 does not present any way to communicate to the user both a map AND game mode in the voting screen. So what ends up happening is that the player sees an entry in the voting list for each map & mode combination that is in rotation on the server.

Additionally the popular BF2CC does not support mixing game modes across maps (though a future release will support this). Basically BF2CC forces all maps in rotation into the same game mode. You will have to define your map lists manually if you want to mix game modes and are using BF2CC.

So we're going to standardise on the following order:
1. conquest (aas) maps will always be listed first
2. single objective maps, if available, will always be listed second
3. extraction maps, if available, will always be listed third

Proposed PRMM 0.3 Map List
Of course server admins are free to edit this as they wish, but we want to determine a good default map list to ship with PRMM 0.3. We want the default map list to include all map / mode combinations possible.

Any input the community has on that map list, so we can tweak it for release, would be much appreciated.
