Skill Survey: -How's your natural ability to kill?

1.Hit walking targets(Check for me)
2.Calculate bullet drop(Check again)
3.Hit running targets(No check)
4.Have at least a 90% Hit rate(Check)
5.Have at least a 80% Kill rate(Check)

Basic Survival Survey: -Basically how much experience in PR do you have?

1.Can effectively use a pistol(No Check)

Tactical Survey: Measure of how many shots to the brain that has happened.

1:Choose tactical locations(Check)
2:Knows when to engage and when to hold fire(check)
3:Chooses select targets(Squad leads, medics, etc.)(Check)
4:Knows when to move(Check)
5:Knows when you're spotted.(Check)

Rating:

Minimum Passing score to be a LEET sniper: 17 our of 19
MPS to be a experienced sniper: 13 out of 19
MPS to be a spotter: 10 our of 19
MPS to even snipe: 8 out of 19

I'm a point away from being LEET .

Smoke has more than one use. You fail that mark.

you forgot this question

when joining a server, how do you go about getting your sniper kit?
1. join squad, ask squad leader if a sniper is needed for overwatch/intel etc
2. join squad, run to crate grab sniper kit, go find random spot to be 1337 and rack up kills
3. create "OMG 1337 SNIPXOR!!11" squad, possess sniper kit as squad leader.
4. join squad, get sniper kit. leave squad.

Check for all of them. Whats so hard about hitting a running target?

when i'm a sniper, i only report vehicle positions + lase them if we have air support. infantry, i just kill ;D i'm not into that "play the whole round reporting all enemies you see and only shoot key targets" thing.

oh, and i like to have a spotter cause of the grappling hook and extra set of eyes.

You make snipers sound arcadey "I got 50 kills i is leet sniper". No a sniper is better used as a spotter for your squad wether it be inf, armour, chopper or fast air. Also you can't use a pistol that well but you lone wolf it anyway? Aren't you just doomed to loose you kit?

He shouldn't have to use his pistol if he's good.

You are only a 1337 sniper if you can snipe with your pistol.

what is your preferred weapon to use for sniping?
1. sniper rifle
2. marksman rifle
3. Heavy AT kit

Check for everything and 100% for LEET sniper


I think u forgot a VERY important part, which is basic survival when being hunted down by a squad who uv pissed off.

I managed to lure the search and destroy squad into canyons and position myself so that they were all facing away from me, then started to shoot and scoot, terrorizing them. Got their SL first, then their medic when he got to the SL, then started to pick off the whole unit till one was left.

I left the last guy, and went back to the city, telling the last guy in chat "Tell the others what you have seen".


Im not even kidding.


So its important to have VERY good escape routes, and that you never pick a spot where there is only one way in and one way out.

Man oh man, I think I have more kills with a pistol than an M14. However, I have actually counted all my sniper kills, and deaths. I am going 86-13 as sniper, and I have well over 63 kills with pistol

Assuming sometimes is a 1/2 point and rarely is 0, I'd score a 10.5. Again, if I was going for camouflage, not kills, I could do a much better job. But I prefer to just hang back and risk it - heck, I've had several close quarters snipes.

the only time i snipe is on insurgence i dont bother to tell the team if a big red is coming i just watch it roll in and kill 2 hueys and i type GO BIG RED (and im on the US team) so yea i am a 1337 pwner sniprz. its just fun to sit where they cant get you and kill for 1 hour

Well this is definetly not good news then. We have about 4 snipers and one spotter. And yes, I do work with a spotter, but he's usually another sniper. I can't use the pistol too well, becuase-well pistol Vs. 6 Automatic Assault Rifles. I rarely position myself in a place where I can easily be flanked.
