Like the title say, i think the phonecall mortar is to strong, it should be removed by mortar vehicle. Just an technical truck with mortar/grenade launcher on it . The grenades should make same dmg as regular grenade, not like some arty. And spawn once(never after destory like bradley), and could be rearmed in mainbase. The amount of mortar vehicles should depend on the map size.

But they do use this kinda vehicles. Just give insurgency stones lol. Please explain ur post more if its possible.

So you are suggesting a mobile mortar that does the same amount of damage as grenades?
