A graphical bug or something, I hit C while in the co-pilot seat and the graphic of the interior got all crappy.

Look more like a graphics issue on your computer. It may have pulled up one of the smaller .dds files when you hit the 'C' key.

Did it effect game play, lag etc?

Looks like it tried to switch to an external view that didn't exist but its still viewing from an external view.

This happened with the Mec and Chinese littlebirds in .75 and now that you showed it like the other the devs will make it the crappy one.

This exists in the merlin aswell. I think the 'cause' of this is it changing the LOD/texture/whatever for the cockpit when you hit C to zoom, both of the choppers have the ability to switch to either a FLIR view or some other type of view where you can zoom by hitting F. Seems it thinks you are zooming, despite not having switched to the other view with F?

The Merlin doesn't have a FLIR. It's just an external view out the front.

But yes, my post was confusing at best.

It didn't affect gameplay in any way. I think (as mentioned) that it was an external view that didn't exist.

Nope, that was the only thing i noticed.

Happens in the Lynx too.

Aha, it has a Forward Observer. Press '2' and voila!! a Forward Observer. C to zoom and mouse to look. No HUD atm but that may be developed on but i dunno...

Sorry for the bump but this just happend to me last night on Jabal and I wanted to let it be known.

Same thing, no "noticable" performance drop/increase.
