I heard alot off people talking on the server about 3.0 comming this week?

Is this true?

Within a week from today maybe, I don't know. What I DO know is that the testers and devs had an internal release candidate distributed today and that first impressions from that were very good.

it will be here soon. No offical date. It all depends on how testing and workload goes. A bug could pop out that would require a lot of work to fix, it could be much longer.
