ive been playin and how do u get ranked up is it in any servers?

They need to be running ABR.

Most servers are not running ABR becuase you have to change files on the server so it effects all games running on the box.

Have a look at this page and read about it

Install it, start it, put in your name, password, press save, find a server in prmm world, press join.. play
