Please reduce aim time. Please!

The amount of time it takes to properly aim at a target that is farther than 50m away is "over-realistic" it feels like I am controlling a beginner in firearms. I have more than a dozen guns, and 4 of them are in PR. I can say from experience that I am able to line up a target faster than the soldiers in the game. I have never had any military experience, and I can do better? hmmmm. heckle me all you want, I think the time to line up a shot (once the player has entered into sights mode) that will hit a human 8-9 times out of ten should be as follows.
0-50m---1 second or less
100m 1.5 seconds
200m 2.5 seconds
300m 3.5-4 seconds
400m 5 seconds
this is if the soldier has an acog scope. if the soldier is prone, the times should be reduced by .25-.4 seconds. if the soldier has iron sights, these times would be increased for longer ranges, but slightly decreased for shorter ranges. Iron sights should not be able to hit much past 350m and acog 500m the player should also be able to hit a lot more firing from the hip at ranges from 0-30m. If you play paintball often, you know you can hit a guy, not looking down the sights at these ranges easily.
a slight increase in stamina couldn't hurt either. I could stand to lose 40 pounds, and I am not in very good shape, and I am about 10-15% better than the stamina bar. I understand that soldiers are carrying around 60-80 pounds of equipment but if I suddenly lost 40 pounds, then it would be like I am only carrying 40 pounds of equipment. Plus, if I was in good shape, an extra 40 pounds would be a slight hindrance at the worst.
Right now, I am preparing for death by stoning from the comments that are about to berate me. .........let them come......

I take part in service shooting competitions and I know it is possible to shoot better than the setup in PR. Unfortunately some soldiers can not shoot that well. If you have been sprinting with kit on even short distances your breathing will be moving your sights around. Although it is still possible to make a head shot after a 100m run with a 2 sec exposure from the gun down standing position. But this is with a stationary target you are expecting and it is not firing back. It is still a tricky shot to make. Center of mass body shots would take around a second to guarantee hit on the target. You say it should be possible to make a standing shot at 300 in 3-4 secs. I do not think this is a consistently accurate shot to take however long you have.
Body armor is also not very helpful when putting the weapon in your shoulder as you can't get it in that sweet spot in your shoulder. It sits on the padding in front. Trained soldiers should not really be shooting from the hip it should be from the shoulder looking down the weapon.
While sometimes it is frustrating to not hit a target you think you should, I think part of the fun of the game is to work as a cohesive squad, suppress the enemy and win the firefight then assault and clear the position. I think it would spoil it a bit if people were dropping the enemy every time with single shots from 300m.

I like it as it is right now... No need to change it more, please if you want to hit something, be patient... Or just spam him with fire.... Whatever you find most effective... Besides, fire isnt always ment to kill people, its also meant to supress them, or scare them.

I think the stamina was reduced to keep people from bunny hopping which is doesn't do, so I agree that it should be increased. People bunny hop regardless of how much stamina they have so really its only hurting the game not helping it. something like having to jump over a curb and lose all your energy so you get shot in the road.
I also agree about the aiming and it takes way to long to engage targets at close range effectively, milliseconds count in cqc.
But tbh I doubt either of these things will be changed.

This has been discussed to death already tbh.
But i like the fact that you have to think before you act now, with aiming and the stamina. Shooting a guy further than 200 metres should be avoided in most cases, just inform squadmates and stay out of sight.
Keep everybody informed about threats and act together=more fun than 1 shot 1 kill for everyone.

Bets on a lock gentlemen?
This has been discussed to death and is in the process of being honed (but hopefully not changed too much). If you find it difficult now how did you ever play v0.8...

I support this actually.
The dad of a female friend of mine is a major in the military, and he commented that the deviation is pretty messed up.
But he said that it could be because i sprinted.
And he's been in afghanistan 2 or 3 times.

Put in unlimited sprinting, let stamina effect aim, slow stamina refresh, moving has minor stamina drain.
Now well rest troops can hit what they are aiming at.

Unlimited sprint would be ridiculous though, you can't connect it to stamina because it's hard coded unfortunately, but even if it was a choice between the 2 I'd take what we have now over unlimited sprint cos that'd make moving targets even harder to hit despite having a better aim if you were fresh.

Hmmm, I dislike the fact that the game forces me to wait for everyone else to think before it lets ME start shooting. I think on my feet, I have quick reactions. I hate that I get penalised so that old farts and campers can compete with me.

Yeah it's annoying man, but like alot of things in PR it's a trade off, if stamina could be related to accuracy in game then it would have been. Since it can't certain compromises have to be made to have a singular playable value for each weapon that is realistic, but realistic in the sense that it's somewhere between a realistic value if you'd been lying on the floor for half an hour waiting for someone to come round a corner, or you'd just tried to aim at someone while still standing after a 2 hour jog with all your kit.
