Buildings made to be more effective

inspired by this thread:
https://www.realitymod.com/forum/f66-pr ... t-wip.html

You see a nice static that could be realy effective when a squad would position up their.

Could their be more of these buildings with in mind squads positioning on top of those buildings like fireing position on it where for example a machine gunner could go prone and cover areas, their are allready a few buildings in PR allready, but most of em dont have nice coverd positions for people to go prone, most of em are for standing or crouching, and quite flat.

Hope you get what i mean.

Get to modelling ;)

No, seriously, its a great idea and that static looks awesome, but what would be AMAZING would be a few guys from the community making some more :P

Not like I speak for all DEVs, but most DEV work is things we have planned already and are normally a bit bigger in scope than a few new[and welcome] building types[tings like missing vehicles, maps, new gamemodes/gamemode objects]. Of course, Rhino did them for Muttrah and such, but yeah... Hope you get my point :P

Thats also not to say none of us will work on buildings in the future either.... Im rambling...

That static in that thread looks like the bees knees, and Im sure we'd ALL love more buildings like that to set up in with our squad :P

Thats why Im going to learn how to build statics in a bit if I can stick to my plan. Like Okita says: the devs have bigger fish to fry but are pretty much open for community things.

I know exactly what you mean okita ;)
But i would rather focus myself on mapping than moddeling since their lays my intrest abit more, but dont have much time for it.

So i only map from time to time, but its just a idea to let the dev think about it as some low/medium priority feature, since i can imagine it would affect gameplay and make it better :)
