Does PR have that current RAMPANT bug of standard bf2 where users with downloaded version get random closes to desktop every now and again on multiplayer mode?

That has been known to happen but for a mod it's incredibly unbuggy.

Basically i can't play normal bf2 for more than 5 minutes because of this, and I really don't want to go start playing this game and liking it only to have it do the same...

You may want to go post a bit more about your BF2 CTDs in the Tech sub section, this may be your best solution to get a long love affair with PR

There was a thread around here that stopped the CTDs for lots of people with the EA Downloader version.

The bug most likely applies to PR too. I wouldn't know what could be different between Vanilla and PR regarding this bug.

Though as the post above says (damn ninjas), you might be able to fix it I guess.
